You will be reviewing and defining our customer acquisition strategy, the channels we’re exploring now and how to increase its performance.
Your main main Kpi is to make us scale budget and the number of new customers we acquire per month (LTV Vs CAC).
Specifically, we expect you to master and make the following topics your daily work:
- Architect our holistic acquisition strategy;
- Define and set our accounts structure and strategy – Google, Facebook and Youtube;
- Setting or improving campaigns;
- Own our acquisition and retention metrics – act fast and provide solutions on what we need to improve;
- Explore and find new acquisition platforms;
- Interact with Marketing and run the roadmap of experiments, on creatives and optimizations;

- At least 3 years of experience in several B2C companies;
- Experience in different acquisition models, including subscription.
- Lots of experience scaling budget and acquisition on Facebook ads, the white hat way;
- Experience in remote working, owning and overseeing complex metrics;
- Past experience at a B2C startup ( high growth is a most);
- Managing a team (even if small)
