THE ROLE

You will define the dharma5 journey to become the online leader in our space. 

You will be developing our customer acquisition channels strategy,  brand awareness  and executing our best possible growth strategy for Brasil.

Specifically, we expect you to master and make the following topics your daily work:

• Build and manage our brand and customer acquisition channels strategy for your specific market;
  
  
  
• Build a large network of partners, ambassadors and influencers;
  
  
  
• Coordinate the creation of local content with our partners;
  
  
  
• Update our Ceo with analytical reports on the market and marketing channels performance.
  
  

MANDATORY

• Experience in a B2C company;
  
  
  
• Native Brasilian speaker;
  
  
  
• At least 2 years of experience at a Marketing or Business developing role;
  
  
  
• Strong first principles mindset and analytical skills;
  
  
  
• Fluent in English.

Bonus Points:

• Past experience at a B2C startup ( high growth is a most);
  
  
  
• Managing a team (even if small) 
  
  
  
• Experience running meetings, decision making and doing reporting;
